How do I start a Subscription?

Log in (or create an account), Find the products you want to subscribe to and simply check the "Add a Recurring Subscription" box on any eligible product, pick your delivery schedule, and checkout. It's that easy!

Can I have more than one Subscription?

Yes! Create as many as you like - each can have its own products, name, shipping, and payment info.

Can I change quantities?

Yes. Just update the quantity in your dashboard 24 hours before your next ship date.

Can I rename a Subscription?

Absolutely! Just click the "edit" button in your Subscription dashboard, type the new name, and hit save. Easy Peasy!

When will my order ship?

Most items ship the same day they're processed. Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

Open the Subscription and adjust the Frequency dropdown.

How do I update payment info?

Log in, open your Subscription, and click "Edit" on the desired subscription.

Which products are eligible?

Most everyday consumables. Look for the "Crave & Save" option on product pages and at checkout.

Do all products get Subscription savings?

Many do, but some brands restrict discounts. You can still subscribe for convenience, just without the extra savings. All savings will be listed on the Crave & Save section of the product.

What if something is out of stock?

That item won't ship, and you won't be charged. The rest of your Subscription continues as normal.

Can I delay a shipment?

Yes! Just select a new Next Shipping Date in your account.

Can I subscribe to Sale or Hot Buy items?

Yes, but prices update when promotions end.

Why did my price change?

Prices may adjust sitewide based on the manufacturer prices.

Will I be reminded of upcoming orders?

Yes - we email you 2 days before every shipment with product details.

How close to my ship date can I make changes?

Until midnight the night before your order is set to ship from our warehouse.

Why do I need a card on file?

It's the only way we can automatically process your orders. Once set, it runs on autopilot.

What if my card expires or is declined?

No stress! We'll email you if there's ever a payment hiccup. Just update your info and your order will be right back on track.

How do promotional prices work?

If an item's on promo, you'll get the promo price (no extra discount). Once the promo ends, your Subscription reverts to the regular price with your Crave & Save savings applied.
